32b model?

Do you guys have the 32B model on huggingface (for download)? Or the new Qwen series?
I'm looking for a llm (that can run on my new i7 and 32GB RAM only) that I can use to help me along with my self studies. Every local LLM (including "ablated") I use refuses to answer questions about pen testing (ethical stuff only).
I am self studying pen testing at night because I cannot afford to go to college.

We're currently developing a 32B model that should be ready for release within the next few months. While you wait, I'd suggest trying out WhiteRabbitNeo V3.
