[enhancement] unaligned ranking column between leaderboards

It is a bit weird to have a column "Rank" in the elo rating leaderboard rather than the full leaderboard:
I think it is better to either keep a dynamic ranking table or remove the unaligned ranking altogether (since we can play with the ranking by clicking on the column attributes instead).
